Do you have active x enabled by any chance in IE 7?
Open IE 7 and press alt+t for the tools menu.
Not sure if it shows up in the tools menu but in IE 9 if the active x is
checked nothing will play.

Not playing here. XP, Window-Eyes 8.4, Internet Explorer 7, I don't think
Adobe Flash is on the system.

With Replay Media Catcher 5 and using the below stream URL does work.
The original recording format is .flv
I asked Applian to create a URL for this station in its media guide.
If they add this station to the guide I will provide you the URL.
