[blindreplay] Video Capture

VC is also totally inaccessible with WE 7.1. While I grant that it's not the
most obvious of programs to make accessible, unless you have to fiddle with the
picture before downloading, it would have been nice to be able to use it.
<sigh>
Ideas or substitute suggestions welcomed. (Please send privately if this is
way off-topic for the list.)
