[blindreplay] Trouble with Telecorder

I'm having a heck of a time getting Replay Telecorder to record Skype as a
result of my having to reinstall both programs on a new hard drive. I wondering
if Skype is allowing Telecorder to function? Can someone please tell me where
in Skype I can find the check box to allow Telecorder to record? I can't wait
for an updated version to come out with improved accessibility as has been
rumored.
