Hi Petro,

Yes, I do use ITunes to record some of the stations. I split the tracks manually, edit the tags of the songs I want to keep with MP3 direct cut, and import them into Itunes.

I believe the URLs are just
Pandora.com
and
Lastfm.com.

Pandora is a little crummy on the accessibility side, but I managed to get it working fairly well using System Access.

I thought about fooling with the settings to get the tags in ITunes, but I really don't think there's enough silence, and I don't want to break RM.

As far as recognition, almost every song is recognized at the sites I mentioned.

I will probably get the new version of rM if there is one, though. that's just how I am.

Paula

Paula
I think a new version of Replay Music is out now which I will test soon here.

If it ain't broke do not fix it. If you are happy with your current RM version leave it as is.

Last time I checked over a year ago Pandora wasn't too good with JAWS. Will check again. Can you provide the URLs for Pandora and lastFM so I can test these. I think Rapsody is not free so I cannot test it.

The tagging of songs what would you say the success rate is for you?

I definitely remember the issue you had with the iTunes and the URL.

Tip:

You can tweak Replay Music settings but please * please * remember the original settings before you tweak them. Not sure if it has a restore defaults. within the settings there is an edit box where you can change in milliseconds to detect the slightest of silence from the services you are trying to record from. I don't know if iTunes radio uses any kind of silence but if it does the tweaking of this setting may work for you thus the tagging of songs may work.

Hi Petro, I'm pretty sure I'm using the current version of Replay Music; cause I just checked, maybe a week ago. I use window-eyes, and sometimes System Access. I'm using the current version of ITunes. When I use RM with ITunes radio, I usually just put in the tags manually, because on most of the Itunes stations, the songs are too close together for RM to separate them, and I was never able to paste the ITunes URL into the Replay window, the way we talked about when I first bought RM. however, with Rhapsody, Pandora, and Last FM, RM does an awesome job of tagging.

Hi Bob
I will email you privately in a few minutes. I will install the latest version of Replay Music 3 in the next few days and give it a test drive. Paula how is your Replay Music and tagging of songs going well or is it average? Which version are you using Paula and which screen reader. Which iTunes? Help Bob if you can.

Hi.
I haven't been on skype in a while and don't know if my screen name is the same as the one I sent last fall. But that would be helpful, to chat about
replay music, that is.
I liked the older version, 2.51 for it's song recognition ability.
But since installing the suite, it no longer identifies tracks like it
used to.
If there is a fix for it, I'd love to get it performing like it originally
did.
I have installed Itunes since 2.51 was working at it's best.
Do you know if installing ITunes might have affected Replay Music 2.51?
Or perhaps I didn't upgrade properly when installing the latest Replay
Music.
It would seem there must be a way to get things back the way I had them in
the beginning.
Email me privately at
robert-c@xxxxxxxxxxx
and I'll give you my new skype name.
Thanks Petro.----- Original Message ----- From: "Petro T. Giannakopoulos" <petrogia@xxxxxxxxx>

Hi Bob
Thank you!! How's your Replay Music? Are you using the older 2.0 or 3.0+ now? I have you in my Skype contacts. Will contact you as soon as Telecorder
is fixed to do an interview to add to the website if you'd like.

Hi Petro.
Bob here.
I read Pam's fine testimonial about replay media catcher and agree
totally.
The Applian suite of programs is one of the best around.
I'm wondering if one of the reasons the traffic has been low lately is because of the problem-free nature of the Replay programs. After all, if
we
were unhappy, you'd see a lot more of us posting on our problems.

I also must compliment you and the Applian team for the personal
attention
and assistance you offer when we need your help.

I own the suite and find it useful in many ways.
Thanks again.

Applian Technologies and I need to know if you are still on this list. Say hello and tell us where you are from. I know this product is being used
around the world . Don't be shy. Thank you.
