Yes.

If you are using Replay AV 8 then you select the station or show
in the listview within RAV 8. Applications key on the show or
station. Choose Properties from the context menu popup. The
properties dialog box appears. In the basic tab/folder you see
within the properrties dialob box their is a convert to: combo
box. Choose the format you need.Like 128, 64, 32, 16 kbps for
mp3 conversion types.

It's all there. Review your Basics tab sheet.

You can also use Replay Converter to convert a file from one
format to another that's on your hard drive.

I did podcasts on the above. And I think you have that list
already.
