I had deleted my entire Replay 7 directory after upgrading to 8.
However, I found a download for the program under Add-On Products in the Products section under User Guide.
When I downloaded and installed the progra, It seems to be fully functional, but there is no place to enter the activation code. 

Anyone have experience with this?

Correction: Look for Replay 7 instead of Replay AV in your start

Go to Start menu, All Programs or Programs, replay AV or it
maybe Replay AV 7 (Program Folder), right arrow to open the
program folder, arrow down until you hear MP3 Magic.

I believe if you go to Applian's website you will see MP3
Magic
available for download. Check and let us all know.
