You must uninstall Replay Av 8 and Replay Converter 3. WinPCAp, YouSendIt first. Reboot PC.
When uninstalling Replay Converter 3, you will get like 8-10 shared files messages. I told the uninstaller to not remove these shared files. I chose NO. 

Backup the schedule8.dat file.

Then delete the folders that are in your
C:\Program Files\Replay AV 8
C:\Program Files\Replay Converter 3
That is delete the folders Replay AV 8 and Replay Converter 3.

Reboot your computer.

Install Replay AV 8.81

If your software based firewall is on - I would turn it off.

It comes with the new improved Replay Converter 4. If all your recordings with Replay AV 8 are converting for you and you are happy then I guess do nothing. The new Replay Converter 4 converts better and converts files Replay Converter 3.60 had issues with.

To ensure a clean install, we recommended that you uninstall any previous version of Replay AV and Replay Converter and re-boot your computer prior to installing the latest version. 

The download file also includes Replay Converter and Replay Player.
