If you are using Replay Media Catcher 6 or Replay Converter 5, do the following:
Press tab until you reach "Conversion Settings".
Press "Enter".
You are in a list of choices including "Formats", "Manufacturers", and "no
conversion". Down arrow to your choice and press "Right Arrow" to open the
submenu.
Continue navigating the menus structure until you find the conversion setting
and quality you want. Use the up and down arrows to move through the menus and
right arrow to open submenus.
Then press "Enter".
