[blindreplay] Clear Channel is down right evil but Replay AV can handle it

Hello Everyone,
If any of you have Clear Channel stations in your Replay AV list of stations
you may notice that they don't function now. This is due to a new scheme
where they change the link for each request of the stream. Nice isn't it,
not! They have (meaning Applian) fixed two stations and added two for me
(thanks Bill) but keep this in mind if your Clear Channel stations don't
work.
