How about making a copy of the original file as a backup, then try
converting the original with Replay Converter? As I said yesterday I have
done this with a little success, though the recording may or may not be of
archival quality.

Try it and see. Leave the original .cap file as is - don't rename it - but
make a copy of it by using ctrl+c then paste it into a different folder. We
are doing this to preserve the original .cap file. With the file you copied
to another folder rename it .wma and see if it playsback for you.
