[blindreplay] Applications Key Alternate Keystroke

If you are using a notebook PC with Replay AV 8 and your
Applications keyboard key is located in the worse possible
location like mine is then you can use this alternate keystroke:
shift+F10
That is shift plus the function key F10.
This will bring up the context menu wit the options.
Try it in your listview box where your stations or shows appear
the shift+F10 command.
