Time zones have never been an issue. Like all XP and 7 boxes mine automatically
adjusts to standard vs daylight savings time changes. I have never needed to
make adjustments to the times Replay AV is programmed to record shows from the
NPR media pack. I may simply delete each of the shows from my AV event calendar
and reload Replay.

The problem is between your tie and the station’s. To what time zone is your
coputer set? Fresh Air runs at noon in many pocations which would be 9:00
eastern when it is noon in San Francisco.

Yikes, the NPR Fresh Air show show turns out to be KQED, San Francisco's noon
slot, at which time Talk of the Nation is aired. Sheesh, hope I don't find
another one of these link snafus!
