Hello, thank you for your reply, I understood the difference between the
blinds, but you she was I could not raise 0.01 or I could not raise 0.04, the
computer keyboard would not let me type 0.01, or zero. 02, it just assumed I
was typing one, or two, that was the issue it was never at the confusion of
what the blinds were it was because I could not type 0.01, it would not
recognise such a sequence of keystrokes thank you James
