Well said, i agree to all. In general if you raise marginal hand it should
always be a fold against 3bet, unless it is very small 3bet size so you get
great pot odds.

I agree that King 9 suited is a very marginal open raising hand from
middle position. In a game where I'm being 3 bet aggressively, it's an even
easier fold. The only time it's marginally acceptible is when every player
to act behind me is either super tight, or very weak passive.
If for some reason I do open this hand, and get 3 bet by a player with
position, I am quite litterally never calling it. This is an easy fold
against almost all players, and a 4 bet bluff against the craziest couple
percent. In fact, in every situation I see myself opening this hand from
this position, I'm folding if 3 bet because I'm only opening it with tight
and passive players behind me.
I dislike 4 betting for a couple of reasons. We're not going to flop a ton
of eqity, and we don't block as many hands as we would with a hand like Ace
Jack, where we block aces, jacks, ace king and ace queen. Our standard play
to be just to fold. If we do open, our standard play should be to fold to
aggression. If we open, get reraised and somehow wish to continue, our only
play is to 4 bet. In the almost never case we find ourselves 4 betting this
hand, we hate almost every flop that could come up when he calls. We're
looking for a flush draw or 2 pair plus to get a lot of chips in the
middle, top pair for value on maybe 1 street, but boy, we're getting very
thin.
