Richard look in your Eudora data directory.

Do an alt with the space bar, and then the letter x to maximize the window.
That is why you are not seeing all the headers, because your mailbox windowws in Eudora are not maximized.
If the alt and space bar and then the x doesn't work, try alt dash and then the letter x.
Let me know if it doesn't work.
You should do it when you have the inbox open but not in a message.
