Also, at one time, I got lots of lock ups with JAWS and Eudora if I didn't use the Microsoft Viewer. Don't know if that is still the case -- but don't really want to find out (smile.)

The microsoft viewer displays the message in HTML. links that are imbeded in messages look like links on a web page. You can often use the web navigation features that your screen reader offers when using the viewer.

HI Everyone.

Can someone explain to me what is the point of the Microsoft Viewer? Why do I need it and what is different if it is enabled or disabled? Thanks for all your warm welcomes to date by the way, I do hope you'll bare with me while I make sure everything is just so before I trust myself to mess with Eudora.

All the best, Ibrahim
