[blindeudora] Re: Switching between personalities

That is correct:

ctrl+shift+m

is assigned to "NewMessagePersonality

It opens a new message and actually seems to also hit the application key and open the "change personality submenu" as I do manually when I want to send from a different account. At least I could hear some menus being opened. *grin*

Thanks for clarifying this.

hmmm did you look for the newmessagepersonality script? it should have the shift++ctrl+n assigned to it.

ctrl+shift+r is mapped to "reply to all" in keyboard manager here.

I did not change the key combo and this is not Mr. Northstar's scripts but whatever comes with jaws.

Thanks much.

lol Sorry North. I thought perhaps it was a key replacement for one of the nice script features you have. e. g. Return Receept.

I believe you are using Mr. North Star's scripts which might alter that hot key :). But yes it works from the default hot keys. Certain trades for some really nice features on the scripts .

Are you sure on this? Here

ctrl+shift+n

says "reply to all".

When I want to reply or just write a message from another account - personality - I I either do an "alt+r" from within the open outgoing message or, more often, hit the applications key and select "change personality.

Donald,

When starting a new message use CTRL Shift N and not just CTRL N, it'll give you a list box of all your personalities. If you started or replied to a message and want to change personalities, press ALT Shift R and it'll pull up that same box. Unless you are using Mr. North Star's scripts in which it'll give you a return receipt queue I think :).
