In the <alt+x> Mailbox menu, each of the first letters for the system mailboxes--i for Input, o for Output, j for Junk and t for Trash, opens just that system mailbox without giving the user the choice of opening any other box that begins with the same letter, such as o for "Orders," t for "Theology" and j for "Juno Support." You have to arrow down to any such mailboxes with the same first letter as the system boxes. This flaw is not true in the <alt+r> Transfer menu, in which you may use the first letter of a system mailbox again to transfer to another box with the same first letter. Let's write to the Suggestions address at Qualcomm and ask them to make the Mailbox menu work the same way as the Transfer menu with first letters of mailbox names.
