Hello Amanda and everyone,
The only place where SiriusXM hickups is through our Sony
TV. Glad we can look forward to it working on the Amazon Fire Stick. Were it
not for our central air conditioning failing and having to weather a South
Texas Summer before we could finally buy some window units we would have had
our fire stick by now and be closer to cutting back on our cable at least
getting rid of the Spectrom 110 Box to lower the bill. The good news is that
this is still achievable by year's end. All the best.

I have absolutely no issues with Sirius/XM on any amazon Devices unless
there is a definite outage which is rare.
I think you'll find itwill probably work pretty well through the Fire Stick
with A. person or the Z. person enabled.

Good morning everyone,
We currently use SiriusXM on our Apple TV and on our Sony TV
with the Google Assistant. It works like a charm through Apple TV but we've
been having an issue if SiriusXM is played through our Sony TV. After
several hours SiriusXM will begin having momentary breakups we like to call
"Hickups."These last for about 1 second and the channel keeps playing.
Sometimes the hickups get so bad that we resume our listening via Apple TV.
We'll be curious to find out how it will behave using the Amazon Fire Stick.
We've tried it using Microsoft Narrator via our Xbox but it's virtually
inaccessible with Narrator. This behavior does not occur with any of our
other audio or video apps accessed via our Apple TV Appliance and our Sony
TV.
One advantage of using SiriusXM through our Sony TV is its
ability to dim insignificant screen elements once a channel begins playing.
I'm not sure if this is still an issue with today's televisions but at one
time image burning was a problem with older HD TV sets. This is the
situation where an image would be burned onto your tv screen if it is left
to display for a prolonged period of time. Ours is an LED TV as I'm sure
most are these days. Since we're not quite up on the latest status with the
image burning problem we do what we can to reduce elements displayed on our
tv screen. For that reason given the choice we prefer to use SiriusXM via
our Sony TV but could do without the hickups. If anyone has experience this
situation when listening to SiriusXM via a tv running Google Assistant we'd
like to hear about it and if you found a fix for it. All the best.
