I'm glad they treated you well. Have you ever had to cancel service
for a time and how were you treated then? We couldn't find a way to
cancel or pause service online.

devices. We have not experienced pushiness from them at all. When we’ve had
to call them we were treated very well. We’ll use them to replace Music
Choice a music service available from Spectrom but will go away when we
shift to a cheaper plan or cut the cord entirely. I’ll be putting on
Symphony Hall one of their classical channels when I get down stairs in a

Lifetime subscriptions were offered to customers of XM Radio when Sirius and
XM merged as certain aspects changed. I doubt they offer those
subscriptions anymore.
I rarely speak to their Customer Service and just go to their websiteto make
adjustments if needed.
I do get lots of offers tobuy a new radio but all of them requires
thatanothersubscription isobtained so I merely pressthe DELETE key and move
on.

We tried serious briefly. They were nice until we needed to make changes or
just cancel the subscription for a while. Then they got really really pushy.
Otherwise that might have worked. We find that we could get a local channel
best with the antenna in NBC, which I really like, didn't work out too well
although they are making changes to their equipment and and things next
month which should boost the signal. But that still leaves ABC and CBS also
so like you're finding, got $65 it might be worth to just keep the cable. We
don't know. We haven't decided anything either way. There is something
called LoCast, which is supposed to offer your local channels, but last time
we used it it was not very accessible at all unless you have some vision and
we don't really so that didn't work for us. How do you get a lifetime
subscription to Sirius and are they still offering that? And how is support
for you when you call in to deal with them for anyone who has serious for
that matter maybe we just got somebody who felt like they needed to be pushy
for a sale? Or is that typical of serious support

Ironically though I have more issues with CBS and ABC but NBC and FOX are

You Tube TV, Sling TV, and Fubo TV include local channels though you may not
be able to receibe PBS.
Another issue you may encounter with these services is that network
channels such as ABC, NBC, and CBS may not stream programs in your local
market. We discovered this Monday evening when we wanted to watch the Texas
Caveleer's River Parade an event that is held during San Antonio's city-wide
celebration called Fiesta. Since we still have our Spectrom service we were
able to pull up our ABC Affiliate and enjoyed the river parade. Spectrom has
an Internet only service you can stream via the Internet eliminating the
need for a set-top box and an antenna. This plan includes your local
channels, a few selected cable channels, and 10 additional cable channels
you can add to your subscription. If we went this route we would pay about
$100.00 per month down from $150.00 using the set-top box and our current
Spectrom subscription. Everyone's situation is different. Might I suggest
putting a pencile to it to decide if you want to completely eliminate your
cable subscription or if you want to keep a basic subscription to avail
yourself of in-market channel programming.

Hi. We may be in the minority here, but we're in an apartment with someone
above us. so an antenna isn't an option and the indoor ones we've tried
didn't work well. In addition to cable cutting we 're interested in finding
accessible ways to get local channels too if anyone knows of such a thing.
We're using devices running android 11, fire tablets and a fire stick, and
windows 10 laptop using jaws, system access and NVDA.
