I found an article which rated the best free App for Streaming TV.
It is Pluto TV

There are 250 channels and since it is owned by Viacom, lots of their content.
Also CNN is included.
If you resort to Pluto, you’d be best served for Local Channels to get an
antenna and toggle to Off Air or similar to receive those. But for free, this
is a great service. I have it on my iPhone and on my Amazon Fire TV.

Once again, I’m looking for the best possible streaming app that will provide
me with the most channels for the best price. I’m wondering if anyone has used
the DirecTV streaming app with either an iDevice, an Apple TV, or a Smart TV
with something else? I just want to know if anyone has found it accessible
