Each bacon slice is a long strip in the package. They tend to curl up and
get smaller as they cook.

Sometimes, I see a recipe that calls for a number of bacon slices.
Is a bacon slice that long strip that comes in packages of various weights.
Or, is a bacon slice one of those longslices cut in half
Just another question that leaves me wondering.
