This actually doesn't sound too bad, but the version I like to make is quite
different. With mine, the pork roast gets cut into large chunks, about 1 in
cubes or so, cost with a handful of spices, mixed with a little orange juice
if I remember right, maybe some broth? Then I put in a half an onion, all in
one piece, an orange, split in half, and a couple of limes, also split in
half. Everything works together for about six or seven hours, then you remove
the citrus fruit and onion, put the meat in a bowl to cool off, leaving the
liquid behind in the slow cooker you're done masturbate with a potato masher,
heat up a large cast iron skillet, and cook the shredded meat in the skillet
with a doubt a cup of the reserved braising liquid until the liquid has
totally evaporated, and the meat starts to get a little crisp in places. Best
slow cooker Carnitas I have ever had. Makes me want to put it on my next
menu. Or better yet, finely chop some fresh Chili's.Sent from my T-Mobile 4G
