Hello Cora:
I am going to assume that you are the newest member of the group that joined just a couple days ago? If so, welcome. When it comes to recipes on this list, I much prefer that the recipes that are shared here are ones you have actually made yourself, or at the very least, that the recipe is one you fully intend to make in the near future. I am not a fan of sharing any and all recipes to this list. There are a great many recipes out there that are worthless because they are poorly written, assume the cook has skills or knowledge which they may or may not, and in the end, yield bad results at the table. The reason I prefer list members to share recipes they have actually made is to cut way back on the number of bad recipes being made, which ends up wasting time and money and creating a great deal of frustration for the cook. The other aspect to this list is to discuss the best cooking methods to get the best results, and to share information about various adaptive products that make cooking easier. Having said that, I do not actively sensor recipes that members want to share, but again, I want the emphasis to be on sharing recipes that the person sharing it has actually made so that they can provide any useful information that could help other list members. I hope this answers your question. If you're looking for a list with no boundries on what recipes are exchanged, try the blind recipe exchange list. I think the subscription address is blindrecipeexchange@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and type the word subscribe in the subject line. I'm sure there are members of blind recipe exchange here, so if my information is inaccurate, I hope someone will correct me.
  Jon

Hi,

Do we just post recipes we have tried, or any recipes?
Thank you.
