Hey, John, you're a good kind soul for sharing but a I think, ha ha ha!!!!
Those rolls sound sooooo very good but sooooo decadent, too! I'd probably
definitely make them sometime when I have a chance to share the calories with
others, too!

You are operating under the assumption that I am a nice guy and would
be willing to share the best of my baked goods. You would be incorrect.
I'm really not a very nice guy to most people. Why would I want to share
something so wonderful and so perfect? LOL...seriously though, we did walk
to a neighbor's house last night to share some of the rolls with them as
there's no way we could eat them all. These rolls are very rich, with two
sticks of butter and four eggs in the dough, and that's before they're
filled. I really like this recipe because there is so much cinnamon filling
on the inside, but mostly because the rolls are not sickeningly-sweet as so
many other cinnamon rolls are. These rolls are glazed with a simple flat
icing, not iced with a cream cheese frosting. I also use dark brown sugar
in the filling as I think it tastes even better than light. The one thing I
would change is how large the rolls are. This recipe makes 12 enormous
rolls, but I plan to scale that to 16 next time. I'll post the recipe when
and if I have the time today.
Jon

@Jon,
You made cinnamon rolls, and you didn't invite me??? *lol* Was it the
usual butter-brown-sugar-cinnamon filling, or a variation?
Can you share the recipe, please. That's the next best thing to
storming your house and eating the leftovers.
More Later,
Dani

This sounds really yummy.
How much cream cheese do we need? I know it says 2 pkgs, but what's the
net
weight on the pkgs?
Thanks,
Dani, pondering having this with chili and homemade tortilla chips
