cheese Ball 2 8oz. cream cheese softened 2 packages Buddig dried Beef shredded 2 bunches of green onions chopped 1 to 2 cloves of garlic minced or to taste 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce Mix all ingredients well. Shape in to a ball, and store in refrigerater to blend the flavors. I think overnight is the best. Serve with crackers or vegetables. (I make this cheese ball every year for New Years Eve. My Sisters put 1 teaspoon accent in it, but I'd rather put the garlic.)
