Sounds yummy! Thanks for sharing! They would be good using pepperoni too!

Subject: [blindcooks] Appetizer idea
Heard this idea on radio, easy appetizer cups, sharing this idea. I filled
the salami cups I made with creamy goat's cheese, topped with a little
chili relish and a basil leaf, they were very popular!

Salami Cups
Use round salami slices to press into metal non stick muffin cases, the
slices I had were around three inches/75 mil in diameter or just a little
more. Press salami slices gently to flatten into the base of the muffin
cups making sure you have each slice centred. Press the sides to form a
neat shallow cup. The cases will not have very high sides, they are meant
to hold just enough filling for the case to remain sturdy when picked up
off a plate and dainty enough for appetizers.
Bake salami cups for around twelve to thirteen minutes in 350F/175c degree
(moderate) oven, the slices are meant to firm up, but not become crisp.
When cool, fill with your favourite fillings and serve.
