Its verry accessible so far as I can tell. I haven't tried uploading mp3
files but as far as the phone posting features its verry accessible.

wich allows you tu upload podcasts for free and upload via phone.
What a great new site for people who want to start there own podcast.
I have made a second podcast feed for wich something very cool will be coming verry verry soon.
