There is no file hosting on Blogger, but you may include links to other
content hosted elsewhere. This is how Blind Access Journal works. The audio
is hosted on shandrow.com, while the blog is at nu7i.blogspot.com with a
redirect from blindaccessjournal.com. All the text content is hosted on
Blogger, and it takes all hits for the web site. Each article containing a
podcast enclosure includes manually entered HTML code like the following:
<a href=http://www.domain.com/podcast/podcast1.mp3 rel="enclosure">Download
and Listen</a>
