Hello:
From my experience, this happens periodically, and it's not your
fault, or Juice's fault. What I am thinking happens is that people
update things in their feeds, fix/change tags, etc., etc., and Juice
then cannot tell that it has already downloaded the stuff. Just
delete the extra downloads and let it go.
The technology is still evolving, so things may change. But I
actually think this should be what happens; Juice, or any other
podcatcher, can only be as smart as the information it sees.
