Yes, I use wave pad assigned to the line in of my built in sound card, and input the audio of my US122 in to that same line in.
So all of my sound plays through the US122, including my mike.

Hi folks,

I'm used to doing live production.
I'm wanting to do something different with my skills. It's my goal to
start a podcast soon.
I know that studio pro works for streeming shows. Will it record your
work as well so it can be used for a podcast?
