I just believe that if it is told not only during the sign up
process, but on the homepage and the terms of use that it gives no
one the right to complain just out of cconvinients.

Very inconveenient and there's no email warning or anything and i'm going to complain to the folks at k7.net about this.
They don't have the right to simply cancel a number without any prior warning or written notification as far as i'm concerned.
