If you post a new blog entry and use a different file name for the new
audio, it should just slide in as a new <item> element in your RSS feed.
I'm surprised what you did so far broke anything but if you didn't
change the file name, it will overlay the original file at the very
least.  Also, if the file name remains the same and you repost or update
in place your current blog entry, noone will get this file if they
previously got this file already.  Podcatcher clients won't know that
the file was actually updated.

Hope this isn't too confusing.
