i have a problem with the google audio message. On two machines
running xp Realplayer is brought up when I click on the link but I get a
message saying realplayer needs to update to play this audio. It then tries
to find a plug-in but there isn't one. I think it's a wav file that plays so
realplayer should be able to cope.

You simply click the link that offers an audio version of the characters shown on the screen. It is in the same area as where you enter the characters. It is quite strait forward and if you by chance don't remember all the characters and wanna hear them again before entering them, just click the same link again and the chars will speak again and won't change. I think they would change if you entered something incorrectly though. It really is quite easy to use.
