What's a microburst?  Ooooo I am tired of so much heat. And you don't get

Well Debbie, if the storms start gettin' to you, you can always move out
here to Arizona, the land of naturally warm swimming pools:).  You never
have to turn the pool heater on in the summer time here.  We don't get no
earthquakes nor do we get no hurricanes either.  We just get a microburst
now and then:).
