Hi Orin, Alas, I don't really use the publish feature. I just save the file then use good old command line FTP, actually NCFTP (available at http://www.ncftp.com) to get the podcast uploaded. I tend toward a combination of automation and good old tried and true manual ways of getting things done. Probably kinda quirky but it works for me. :-) Darrell Shandrow - Shandrow Communications! What i'm wondering is, through the program, what sites could I publish with. Could I publish to ourmedia, archive etc? It would be really nice to publish to GCast, but something with macaphi is blocking the brows dialog. GRRR. It says windows explorer and doesn't bring up the folder list; perhaps it's blocked. Well anyways, I'm just wondering if I could publish to archive. Thanks. ----- Original Message ----- From: Darrell Shandrow To: blindcasting@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Tuesday, April 04, 2006 5:49 PM Subject: Re: CastBlaster and saving Hi Orin and Kevin, In beta 61, you can press alt+u to get to the publish options, including saving the file using a typical "save as" dialogue, through the Publish pull-down menu. With this version, just about everything really is accessible. We need to make sure we thank CastBlaster Mike for working with us to make this a reality. It isn't perfect, but, man, I've seen a gigantic improvement from older builds like #58. What is meant by the "audio button"? Darrell Shandrow - Shandrow Communications! You go route jaws to PC and it'll say save group box as group box each time you left right arrow through them. You basicly just left click on them. Also, is there a key command to click on the audio button? Well hotkey shortcut, that is. ----- Original Message ----- From: Kevin Reves To: blindcasting@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Tuesday, April 04, 2006 8:48 AM Subject: Re: CastBlaster and saving I'm havng problems accessing the controls on the publish tab, which contains the group boxes for saving and uploading. I'll have an email out to Cast Blaster Mike later today. ----- Original Message ----- From: Orin To: blindcasting@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Monday, April 03, 2006 6:46 PM Subject: CastBlaster and saving Hi all. I was just wondering, how to you actually save podcasts to your HD or hard disk? Also, when publishing, will it publish to archive.org? That's what I use to upload my podcasts or would I have to buy a domain or something? Thanks.
