Use the up and down arrow keys to scroll through your list of
contacts and
when you land on the one you want to delete, press the context
key or
Shift-F10 and select delete contact from the list of options.

Press Control-3 to move to the Contacts list, tab to the list of
contacts,
highlight the contact you want to delete, and then select delete
contact
from the context menu.
