Nim, what do you hope this list will be? Do you want it to be a free for all? Do you expect us to be combative, without being insulting? Do you expect, we will not get heated enough to say F.Y.? Is there room for common vernacular? You know, certain words lend themselves to certain attitudes and subject matter. How far can we go, and feel secure? On other lists, we are warned not to flame. Is this one list, where flaming is OK? Can we discuss sexual issues, aging, religious viewpoints, yesterday's supper, and what's on sale at JC Penny's?
