It says the transition was poorly implemented and underfunded. Many viewers are unprepared for it.

It has introduced a tool to block IE8 from downloading and installing automatically. The tool is used by network administrators.

They were able to obtain coordinates of the girl’s phone. Street View let them see the area. They deduced that she was in a hotel.
