[blind-prog] PHP GTK

Good afternoon,
Can anyone tell me if programs developed in PHP-GTK are accessible in
Windows? If so, can you point me in the right direction, I assume it has
something to do with ATK.
I looked at the Hellow World example that comes with PHP-GTK and the window
was only exposing one object to the O/S. Does ATK expose more objects?
Finally, is there a better list to get PHP-GTK accessibility information?
