Subject: Welcome to list 'blind-prog'

This is a list for discussion of all things programming related, both
general how do I get this loop to work, and more specific does such and such
an ide work with jaws for windows. The rules are simple, keep everything on
topic. If you post an off topic message a moterator will send you a warning
message off list. If you post another off topic message you will be banned
for a week. If you post a third off topic message your posting privliges
will be revoked for an indeterminate amount of time. If when your posting
privilages are returned you continue to post off topic mesages you will be
banned. The policy on flaming and harassment of other users is simple, you
get one warning then a perminent ban.
