Try the home and end keys on the six-pack of keys rather than the numpad.

I am learning how to use Nvda and am starting to like it better than
JAWS, partly because it uses a lot less resources. However, I have a
question. In JAWS, you can do a control home to go to the top of a
document and a control end to go to the bottom, but these keystrokes
do not seem to work in Nvda. Therefore, does Nvda have equivalents for
these keystrokes or are they not available? Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
