Hi, all. I assume most or all of you know about this, but a friend of
mine just emailed me about a free iPhone app from, I believe,
Microsoft, called Seeing AI. I guess it reads menus, food packages,
etc. She loves it.
I also have a question or two. I'm beginning to try to learn my way
around Windows 10 and am finding two problems. First, there's the
right pane and the left pane and I can't figure out, for the life of
me, how to get from one to the other. Tabbing doesn't work. Also, in
the left pane, there are things like All Apps, Settings, etc.; but
when I go into Cortana window, all I really see is something called
Frequently used apps, or some such thing. When I tab, it get into
something called PINS, I think, which I don't understand. What the
heck am I missing here? Trying to get to the Power button requires so
much tabbing and arrowing that I find it easier to just alt 4 out of
everything and eventually get to shutdown. I presume that doing it my
way isn't good for the computer???
I probably need to hire a Windows 10 tutor; but if anyone can just
give me a couple of pointers, I'd be everlastingly grateful.
