Thanks. My email has been weird for weeks because Optimum hasn't completely
fixed it so I needed to be sure that emails were arriving. Neither key
strokes nor my daughter's mouse works to check for new emails. The first
time I called, Optimum, they said something about Outlook being incompatible
and they'd send it to the next level and they'd call me. Next time, they
took note of the problem. The third time, they had someone at the next level
assure me that they're really working on it.
