I've noticed that for the people with the latest version of Jaws and the
skills to use all of its components, a lot of things are accessible that
aren't, to people with older versions and/or with less skills. Even when
people have the same versions of Jaws, some people can access things that
others can't. The example is that NFB petition on the White House website.
It was actually accessible to me when someone told me what to do and after
I tried 4 times. This accessibility issue is more complicated than it
appears on the surface.
