Chuck, when you go to the BEP sire there is a .PDF file to download and fill
out. The kicker is that you cannot file it electronically, you have to mail
it in.

A fellow rehab teacher sent me the email note I was looking for. I
will post it below. The word was circulated in January that the ibill
reader was no longer being provided for free. The cost, I was told,
was well over $100. So I was delighted to see a post saying that it
could still be obtained at no cost. I've not checked this out, but I
would be quite angry if folks were being charged for a reasonable
accommodation.
While the ibill reader is not the final solution to equal access to
our paper money, it is a decent intermediary solution.

these things were distributed by the NLS network libraries. I think that
I would call them first to ask about it.
