There are some articles from Mint Press News that I can't copy, and this is
one of them. But it's an important article because it reminds us that the
Clinton administration wanted an oil pipeline in Afghanistan to rival
Russia's oil business in Europe and that there were various strategies to
control Afghanistan before 9/11.
