Print letters to the blind months after they said they contacted them. By the
way the ony offer of assistance was to call 211 and folks weren't getting any
home deliveries of water from them.
This is insane. Moreover BSBP says it only has 31 clients in Flint and they
can't reach all of them. But, I've shown they have many, many more and should
have about 20000.
In addition their were no calls or only a few from the Flint office itself.
These are liars and buffoons and it all got worse when Snyder unilaterally and
with Executive Order destroyed the Michigan Commission for the Blind and
replaced it with hacks just like he ran Flint under an Emergency Manager. They
are all about maintaining high priced hacks and not serving the people.
It is a culture of disregard of the people.

Evidentally they have chose to contact blind residents by means of the phone.
Those that they were unable to contact (wrong phone number, full voicemail, no

thousand per year and the Flint BSBP Office is where they had bottled water on
January 7, 2015.
