I googled my problem with Outlook 2003 last night and discovered that there
may be a fix. I'll need to see if I can get help with it but I'm so
comfortable using Outlook 2003 and have such a difficult time learning new
stuff on the computer, that I think I may try that. IE10, which was working
beautifully for me, kept eliciting scoldings from various websites O I
changed to IE11 which caused difficulty opening links in the New York Times
Book Review on Newsline yesterday. Finally, I discovered that the links
would open if I used the enter key on the number pad. And it caused a pop
up advertisement which it took literally 24 hours for me to get rid of. It
wouldn't close, no matter what I did. It's a miracle that I eventually found
a way to close it.

You might want to switch to Thunderbird. When I started with Windows 7 I
also started with Windows Live Mail and it kept crashing on me. Finally it
crashed and I could not get it uncrashed no matter what I did. Then I
downloaded Thunderbird. There was a little bit of learning at first and at
first I couldn't click through links in my email. I was able to fix that,
but I forget how I did it. Other than that Thunderbird has worked just fine
for me ever since. And, frankly, even for the short time before WLM started
crashing on me I really didn't like how it was laid out.

double emails in Live Mail so this may all be for naught. But please
let me know if you are receiving single copies of my emails now, or if
you're still receiving multiple copies.
