Subject: [blind-democracy] Women Drivers

I have been hearing today that the king of Saudi Arabia has just issued a
decree that will allow women to drive starting next June. I am thinking that
there ought to be another decree before that is a really good idea. Saudi
Arabia is a pretty hot part of the world. What with that head to toe covering
the women are required to wear I wonder how many traffic accidents will happen
because they are passing out due to heat exhaustion. Will their guardians be
held responsible for crashes?
